Attended lecture 8 a.m. Then went to Lourdes Hospital. At 11 a.m. I went to the office of Justice Marceliano Montemayor for meeting of the Committee that investigated the charges of unexplained wealth against General Cabal. Justice Montemayor told us that he went to see Secretary Mutuc to inquire if the retirement of General Cabal meant that President Macapagal had cleared him. Secretary Mutuc said that he would study the matter, and advise us accordingly.
